Peruta v. County of San Diego / Richards v. Yolo Sheriff Ed Prieto

FPF filed an amicus brief at the Ninth Circuit in the consolidated cases of Peruta v. San Diego and Richards v. Prieto arguing that (1) the California Attorney General did not have standing to intervene in the case, and (2) that there were prudential reasons for the Court to deny California standing to intervene in the case.

Please support FPF so that we can file important legal briefs like the one in Peruta v. County of San Diego.
