Firearms Policy Foundation's Work

Firearms Policy Foundation works to achieve its mission primarily through research and legal action. FPF has an experienced team with decades of collective experience in policy and legal matters, as well as a deep passion for protecting the United States Constitution.

FPF believes that all constitutional rights dependent are interdependent – if one right is infringed, the others are at risk as well. While our focus is on Second Amendment and firearms law issues, we also participate in free speech, due process, equal protection, and other related rights.
